We had to rent a TV while ours was being repaired. The first TV's sound was so bad that you could not hear anything except the background noise. The 2nd TV that RAC brought was full of Roaches. As soon as it warmed they swarmed every where. Their comment was "I'm sorry"...It cost us big $$$ to fumagate and don't know if we got rid of all the roaches or not.
