DS Lite purchased for Christmas present on 08.11.09. When used, screen went blank - it was sent back at my cost and returned on 25.03.09 with the claim that it had been repaired - even though I should have had a new replacement. It was still faulty when it arrived (blank screen) so I returned it on 28.03.09, again at my cost. They have only just contacted me to let me know that is with them despite numerous emails from me.
