I filled out an offer for a sample of their products. Before sending my credit card information, I read their terms and conditions. When I found out they would not refund my shipping, I "X'ed" out of the order form before sending my credit card information. Somehow, they got it anyway, sent me their product, and have not only refused to refund my shipping charges but I now have to pay MORE shipping to have the product shipped back to them, they will not accept anything marked "Return to Sender."
