I have been attempting to get a refund of $213 from this company since July 24, 2009. Today is November 5th, 2009. I have talked to representatives on 7 occasions and am told each time that I will receive my refund but there was a problem with <insert lame excuse here.> Now, when you call the 1-800-SHPDANI phone number, you get a recording asking you to hold, then after 3 minutes it says "all representatives are busy, please leave a message and a representative will call you back."
