I purchased a cell phone using Ebay on January 10, 2009 . The seller is Kyle Bergemann with Kyles Treos. I noticed USPS tracking was not being updated. I emailed seller Jan 13, 14, 15, and 19. I never received a reply to my emails. I spoke to him on Jan 14th and he assured me the issue between him and Ebay would be resolved. I left 2 other voice messages on his phone.
