Horrible, horrible, nightmare of a company to deal with! Highly unethical business practices, liars, cheats, you name it, they'll do it to you. My situation started with them almost immediately after moving into a lease/purchase option home they managed. We received a "3rd notice" from the local HOA notifying us that two palm trees in the front yard needed to be trimmed to HOA specs.
