I pay for a Yellow Page listing with my normal telephone business listing. A telemarketer with AT&T called several years ago and convinced me to add an additional listing for $16/month, which I agreed to. I got no calls from the listing, and AT&T continually raised the price. In November of 2008, I informed AT&T I no longer wished the additional listing to appear in the books that were to be published in 2009. They printed the listing anyway.
