Purchased a diamond ring lost with diamind warranty. I lost one of my stones. I took the ring to Deptford Mall Kay Jewelers to have repaired. It took 2 mths to get it back because they no longer make my ring and had trouble finding stone to fit. So they call and say my ring is finally in, HAPPY right NO the stone they put in was too small. They tried to pass it off to me as the same. I took to 3 different jewelers to have appraised and all of them said the same thing. Not only was it too small it was a poor quality.
