These two companies operate the same way. They just switch names and forward your account to the new name and then they bill your credit card again without supplying anything of value. They have some poor guy in customer service who tells you he'll cancel the account but can't give a refund because its over the five day limit. They promised 90 days if I'm not mistaken.
