Since day one the employees at Sierra Ranch have been rude and uncaring. Even though we turned in our application more than a month before move in and were told our apartment was ready, the day of move in this was not the case. We were moved to the third floor, not the first like promised, and they did not seem to understand nor care how upset we were at this fact. We actually had to pay more!!
