I bought in to the Bluegreen dream vacation too. Rules keep changing . I bought it for around 11000 and paid almost 20000 and it may be worth 3000 today. I cant book more than 11 months ahead unless I am a Preimeir member now, maint fees keep increasing a 100 a year, and some other 125 fee is added to that! Locations are great if you can fit in their schedule only! I was sold that it would fit my schedule! Bonus time has been the only advantage to this.
