My loan originated with Centrix Financial in February 2003, when I traded in my Chevy Cavalier for a '00 Ford Explorer Sport from Cal Worthington Dodge in Carlsbad, CA. The trade in value for my car was $7500, which I still owed $9500; leaving a balance of $2000 to be paid on the previous loan. So what the dealership did, was pay-off my previous loan, and added the $2000 onto the vehicle I purchased.
