I contracted with Verizon for a bundle service which included international calling rates. After the service was set to work I was dis-satisfied and terminated the contract within 7 days. I subsequently received a large telephone bill for international calls at premium rate. I contacted customer service who were unable to assist me but advised that I should contact Verizon Corporate HQ in Annapolis.
