Yahoo customer service when it comes to technical issues seems to be non-existent. They have told me that they will pass it along to their engineers but there has been no call or feedback for more than 5 hours. In the meantime I cannot upload files to the Web server since without any cause they have blocked FTP access. I will soon to move the sites to another ISP as a result of this problem. read full review »
