I bought a pair of Ugg Boots from this company. I only wore them in my home. On the web page it said order a size smaller as they run big. They are too small. I've been in touch with the company via email, I folowed there instructions to get them swaped out for the right size. Now they tell me they can't do it after everything I did. I called the official Ugg store and was told they were knock offs. They asked for details on the bottom of the boot to make this assumption. Now the company (CSBOOTS) won't return my emails!!!
