I do own a house in a Silvercreek community (The Meadows, in Stockbridge, GA). I don't have much to say about the quality of the house (seems good to me), but I confirm that THEY WILL NEVER FIX YOUR house even if still under the warranty period. The only way to reach them is through email and they will never reply to you.
