Nov 5th 2009 I became aware of a new staff at the Westlake Village Branch. The new "Assistant Manager" Marie lacks any professionalism. Her customer service skills are way below standards (at best). I have been coming to this bank for over 6 years and have never experienced anything but the best... until today. Marie completely embarrassed me and did so very loudly.
