Initial communications with service people was a difficult process and lengthly. Being handed off to numerous people and sub contractors that don't communicate with you and finally resulting in an never ending process which we asked it to stop and cancel. Then the bills came in and piled on. Attempts to resolve it met with several 20 minute phone waiting each time shortly followed by a notice from a collection agency. read full review »
