I bought a dog bed online through pawprintsshop.com on 16th February 2009. I have the receipt but have still not received the goods. I paid $18.00 for international shipping as I live in the UK. In March when I emailed them (as of course they do not have a contact phone number!) they told me there'd been a death in the business and they were behind with sending out products to customers but if I was happy not to take a refund, they would send it out the following week.
