Paid $93 to have a computer tower packed and shipped to manufacturer. Manufacturer called to tell me tower arrived damaged. According to manufacturer it was shipped in peanuts. I paid $93 to have it packed in peanuts???? Outrageous. Furthermore, it takes about 2 weeks after a claim to get the check approved and sent to the manufacturer. If more damage was sustained (to hard drive) then another claim would have to be made and you would have to wait another 2 weeks to pay for that damage. Professionally packed? -- Hah!
