Monday November 2nd, 09 at about 6 pm. I drove into the tire, oil change department to get a battery changed on my car. I had my car engine on while the store personnel checked the availability of the battery. After a few minutes, I was told to pick up the car in 15 minutes. I came back 15 mins later and was not told till 10 min after that the store did not have the battery, and "We can't get your car to started". That was not the worst part.
