I have been incurring "travel minute" charges for several months now even when I'm in my calling area. I have made complaints with the office of the attorney general, FCC, and Sprint, and they make no effort to rectify their fraudulent charges. They just send a letter stating that the charges are valid and more or less "deal with it". There has to be some way that the cosumer is protected.
