I accidentally discovered on a simple customer services call that there was a 'credit problem' reported to the Bank via Experian. I knew this had to be a mistake and the Bank refused to supply any information regarding the problem to me. After paying to check my records myself I was able to call the bank back, later that day, 2nd April 2009, and advise them that my credit report was clean and the error must be in their data.
