The Pinnacle Security Alarm company need to train their representatives not to lie, to be good sales people, not con artist! If they have a good product then sell it honestly. My friend had the system installed under faults pretences with her representative selling all her neighbors the same lying lines, "that they aren't signing a contract, but an agreement". the agreement being that they were the home owner.
