The company advertises there programs on the radio with the ability to return the product within 30 and no charges are to be made. When I called in the salesperson also states that I can return the product within 30 days without penalty. Apparently, without full disclosure they automatically sign you up for another product and later bill for that product. In this case it was $79.86 that was made on 11/06/2009.
