I ordered the free trial order and thought better of the idea and tried to cancel. There wasn't any contact information on the website. After digging for some way to contact them, I found an obscure e-mail address and tried to cancel through that. I received a standard response, stating that they recieved my e-mail and someone would read it (more or less) when they had the time and please don't send another e-mail because it would negate the first e-mail.
