Apparently you aren't to concerned about my problems with scheduling to get this problem resolved. I called the number below and got a guy on the phone who is not my recovery case manager just the guy who answered the phone next who could care less if this problem is resolved or not. I told i have already taken a whole day off work which I can not afford and the tech never showed up. I said if you can give me a 4 hour window i can beg for anotehr half day off but not another whole one. He said nope can't do it, only 8 hour... read full review »
