I placed an order for a boxed set of DVDs with Fox Anime on August 5th, 2009. I have contacted them via email (their only method of contact) exactly 12 times. Today is November 6th, 2009. I still have not received the DVDs I ordered, or a refund of the funds charged. They have since even ceased to reply to my emails. I have no idea how to proceed to get my merchandise or my money.
