amazingly immature. They lost my Garage door opener and would not replace it. My tennants have complained to me, so I asked them and they did nothing. I complained to the BBB and they stated that they promptly replaced it. They did not. I then complained some more, and there response was quote "You remind me of Milton Waddams from Office Space My stapler ... Quit crying about your garage door opener! " This is only one of the reasons I fired them. It's worse than dealing with a bunch of Immature, spoiled teanagers. (note: I said spoiled and immature teenages.
