Starting in December 2008, we have begun receiving charges on our AT&T local phone bill for USBI services. We are still trying to obtain information on how USBI obtained our personal information. We were told in December that we would get a refund for the December charge. That refund did not occur and we were then charged the same amount in January 2009. I have tried calling back a few more times but often get either a busy signal or the line just continues to ring. read full review »
