After dealing with Dazzlesmile, I have done some research on Smilebrite to try and find a customer service for the company. After scanning every site on every browser engine, checking every affiliate site of Smilebrite, every one of them link back to Smilebright, an affiliate of Cleanworks.LLC. After several attempts at discussing this with Cleanworks Customer Service, I was informed that they were not anything to do with Smilebrite.
