Okay, I order this product on-line, thinking that I had a thirty day free trial, first they charge my credit card ten days later, not thirty. Okay! now upon reciept of the product I find that I don't want this. I can get a better product for less money. So I decide to send it back. First of all when you call the 800 number on the packing slip, you are immediately directed to a web site for a refund. You need a special number which took me all of thirty days to recieve. I ordered the trial offer from Colopure and upon receiving the order and reading the ingredients found that it was something I would not subject my body to. The offer says that I have four [4] days to return the unused product for a refund. The problem I am having is getting a response from the web site, which I was directed to from the [800] number I called. The website asked that I allow 48 hours for a response.
