Today is November 6, 2009, the day after my son's birthday. I went in the Germantown, MD Walmart tonight to purchase a Playstation 3 game for my son’s birthday. I purchased what I thought to be a NBA 2K 10 game costing me $63.56. Once my son got in the car he took a picture of the case to email to his friends. Then he immediately opens the game and found a Magnavox CV-R CD in the case. I immediately made a u-turn on Father Hurley and went back to Wal-Mart.
