I came to get my layaway off for a winter coat and an outfit on Wednesday and instead I got nothing. First I waited for 45 mins just for a man to come from the back to talk to a manager and say he couldn't find it. Then the manager proceeds to ask me how did the cashier find me in the system when I wasn't in it. I told her she looked it up from my phone number and she wrote the rest down.
