I have been a customer of hostmysite.com for five years. They have now been bought over by hosting.com. I have noticed that when you email the billing department, and even when you copy it to the support department, that you don't get a reply for weeks. This has happened on a serious issue twice. I have been paying for a hosting service x 2, for the one domain but they ignore my requests for the supporting order paperwork. The extra cost is over 1000 euro.
