Our accounts records review for 2009 revealed that your company has been billing us in an unauthorized fashion since February 3, 2009, after we cancelled your service and had our number transferred to Bell Canada. We have called, emailed and followed up only to be stonewalled. Finally we were left with no choice but to file a complaint with the FCC and the Better Business Bureau in California.
