I froze my account and was assured nothing would come in or be able to come out. Well the next day I checked online and iI had two returned check charges. Now the account is closed and I opened another one and they transfered those fees to my new account. Even after i was assured that nothing would come in or out. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they will be refunding my money due to the under qualified employees hey have working there. The manager Joel is very rude so is the sales associate Janiele.
