I have been waiting over 3 years to go up in a hot air ballon with this company. My flight has been canceled many time. I canceled once when I was led to believe my money would be refunded and once when I hurt my back. The manager has many answers why they do not fly. Ground too wet to land, wind to high, airspace over Morris closed, etc. and etc. Unfortunatly he can say what ever he wants and how can you prove him wrong. He has to answer to no one.
