I purchased this time share in 99. At the time I purchased a gold memebership that would enable me to reserve this condo for a week in summer months whn my children are out of school. This year They have asked every person who has a condo to call in on a thursday, a week before the next year s reservation date at 8 AM. I have tried 8 (eight) times to get through the line and I was not successful. As a result I did not reserve the condo for the summer next year.
