Southern Energy Homes know nothing about customer service. I bought one of their homes not even four years ago now. Late within the first year the roof started leaking through some light fixtures. I called the salesman when I started experiencing these problems. His suggestion was to hire a roofer. I tried calling the customer service department to tell them about the situation but never could get through to anyone within the first year.
