Poor communication as in 'none'. On 12-28 I ordered three items. Package was received on 1-6... Two of the three were damaged. I repaired one item and ask that a refund or replacement be given on the non-repairable item. I sent e-mails on 1-6, 1-8 and 1-9.. Not even a response. I would not use these people again... Also a helpful hint to those like me who purchase via internet. Always use American express or do not buy from the company. I contacted VISA and all they could say was sorry but I would have to return the part and then file a claim. Even though having UPS box and the charge would be more than the part cost. read full review »
