I was in the hospital and wallet was locked up in hospital safe. Got out, went to pay my bill by phone & they charged me $15 extra dollars late fee. I had lost track of date (in hospital) so I paid it. Looked up date and it was my due date. Called up crickett. After getting disconnected twice finally actually got to talk to a person. I was told that there is nothing they can do. In other words paid a late fee when I was not late. I need a new service read full review »
