The manager Tammy did my hair, what I asked for was an inverted bob and brown and blonde highligts. My hair is short it took her 5 hours when she was done I had purple, pink, blonde, and brown hair and she shaved the back of my head. My mom called for me to file a complaint and she refused to give her the name and phone number of the ower stating They both believe I was completely satisfied with my hair we insisted on the owners name but the manger said no and she wouldn't speak to us anymore.
