I am writing to you because of a huge problem I had R&S Straus in East Rutherford NJ. Let me start off by saying that your service guys that work there are TOTALLY LAZY! I brought my car there for a simple coolant leak that my car was having, which if you looked into the car, you could see exactly where it was leaking from. I sat there and watched them.
