Samantha Chan posted a fake email regarding a ligitmate rescue called Heaven Can Wait. Because of her lie, she was able to upset a couple who was working with Heaven can wait to adopt a dog. Now there is negative comments regarding Ruth and Heaven Can Wait, a true rescue organization. Samantha Chan is a liar, she sells dogs claiming they are rescued and keeps large adoption fees and never sends any medical records.
