I am documenting two complaints. First of all their return policy is a joke. I tried to return items for a refund OR store credit, however, I have lost my receipt. I was denied any sort of refund. RIDICULOUS! I hope their company goes out of business. I spoke with two managers, one of whom (Karen) was extremely rude. I find it unthinkable that a store would not even offer in-store credit as a type of refund. Now they have lost our business forever, since we will not be spending one cent in any of their stores.
