Do not use the company they do nothing but nickel and dime home owners to death. They do not explain all of their fees...and their representatives are rude, condisending and flat unprofessional. We would NEVER recommend this company. We have never in over a year...received a full month's rent. They always find a way to deduct something and the service fees they charge are nothing short of exstortion!!! DO NOT USE THEM...YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR RENTALS AS WE DID...DO NOT USE THEM!!!
