One8T Wellness is AMAZING. The cold dip is super refreshing, the infrared sauna and red light therapy left me feeling totally recharged, and the vitamin C shower is such a cool bonus. But the real star? The massage chair, absolutely to die for! Best way to start your session. The space is clean, relaxing, and the whole vibe is perfect. The staff are amazing too.
