I bought some boots from fittedbootstore.com on 3rd April 09. I eventually received them after emailing them and calling, on 20th April. They did not send the correct size- I measured the calf of the boot and it was under by more than 1cm. They were also too small. I immediately returned them and the company received them back on 21st April. Since then I have emailed and called and no response.
