I ordered this dazzlesmile too. The website clearly stated it was a free trial and the product was $3.00 and you paid for postage and packing. I went to their website (premiumwhite.com) and spoke to a live representative who cancelled it and gave me a cancellation number. I then had to make and international call and give them this cancellation number which will cost the earth. I was told it did not say free trial on the website and I know it clearly did.
